Here at Charta Olive Farms we are growing varieties of olive trees suitable for the South-Central Texas climate.  We have more than 30 varieties to choose from and those include heavy oil producers as well as varieties suited to curing for table olives.  We are in the process of producing some of the finest old-world style oil right here in Texas.

Charta Olive Nurseries has been growing propagation stock for many years and is presently producing more than 30 varieties of olive tree.

Orchard Services Dept. can plant your trees, build water storage, install drip irrigation and create the proper drainage systems for your orchard.

Charta Olive Processing, can pick, press and bottle your oil. We remove all of the back breaking labor from your olive orchard.
